Prior to joining GARP, she worked in the upstream oil and gas industry for over 16 years at Hess Corporation, where she developed an embedded Enterprise Risk Management program, key in company capital decision-making and asset valuation. Working across multiple continents, her energy career spanned corporate risk, internal audit, business controls, supply chain process improvement, and governance.
