Our commitment to excellence starts with GARP employees. Get to know the people behind our inclusive workplace and cutting-edge programs, and how you can get involved.
GARP is constantly working toward a more sustainable future. In 2022, we established an initiative to measure and offset our greenhouse gas emissions from sources like electricity, business travel, and transportation to and from exams. We're proud to say that we've offset 479 metric tonnes of CO2 equivalent emissions so far through projects in India, Kenya, Panama, and more, and plan to continue our efforts in the years to come.
A diverse and inclusive work environment is essential to GARP's company mission. Our Diversity and Inclusion committees, employee-driven affinity groups, and mentoring programs allow us to champion different perspectives and celebrate equity — both internally and within the larger risk community.
