Can organizations monitor the credit profiles of their borrowers dynamically while acting in an automated yet personalized way?

Many firms use basic, reactive processes to manage their credit risk portfolios and collections. This often leads to poor decisions, underperforming loans, and disconnected customer engagement. Organizations would prefer to use alternative data for deeper insights and compare different strategies using champion/challenger approaches. But they struggle to do this at scale.

Market-leading lenders build highly segmented models for unique customer types. These are far more accurate than generic models. This webcast will explore the intricacies of Collections Optimization to reveal how organizations can build a successful collections strategy and streamline their processes. This session will feature industry experts from Accenture and thought leaders from SAS discussing the latest methodologies, technologies, and best practices in managing collections processes while minimizing exposure and enhancing customer relationships.

This webcast will examine these key topics:

  • Digitalization of collections
  • Personalized customer journeys
  • Extending advanced analytics to collections
  • Collections strategy optimization
  • Performance monitoring
