Global Capability Centres (GCCs) have rapidly transformed India into a strategic hub for global enterprises. Initially set up as cost-effective support hubs, GCCs have evolved into innovation-driven strategic assets that deliver high-end solutions across various industries. GCCs have become a critical strategic resource for the global banking and financial services industry that leverage India’s rapidly evolving technological landscape, skilled talent pool, and cost efficiencies to support global business initiatives. While GCC’s play an important role for global financial services firms, they also come with their own set of risks, including threats to cybersecurity that can impact reputation risk, compliance challenges, exposure to India’s unique geopolitical issues, and local government and regulatory initiatives, amongst others.

Join us for a discussion at the GARP South India chapter meeting in Bangalore to gain valuable insights on:

  • Evolution of Banking GCCs in India: From Cost Centres to Innovation Labs
  • Global Outsourcing Trends and India’s Strategic Position
