SFDR, EU Taxonomy, and TCFD: Are You Ready for the Next Steps?

As a series of long-awaited sustainability regulatory measures are finally implemented, financial market participants anticipate receiving guidance that brings more clarity into the evolving domain of sustainability disclosures. Regulatory and Technical Standards (RTS), Level 2 of 2 regulation of Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR), and taxonomy regulation (TR) have dramatically altered the regulatory landscape.

In addition, we expect practitioners will develop risk analysis and other metrics in anticipation of climate risk assessment as per the TCFD (Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures). Join us for a presentation on some of the current work and corporate engagement going on in this field from our three experts.
