Refund Policy

Candidates have 48 hours after exam registration to submit a refund request. All refund requests must be received via email to memberservices@garp.com.
If you are a resident of the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have additional cancellation rights under applicable consumer protection law. Please review our EU/UK Cancellation Rights below before completing your registration.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation right that a candidate may have under the mandatory law of their country of residence.
EU/UK Cancellation Rights
If you are a candidate located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your exam registration within 14 calendar days from the date of registration for a full refund. This 14-day right applies in place of, not in addition to, the standard 48-hour window described in GARP’s general Refund Policy.
To cancel, email memberservices@garp.com stating that you wish to cancel before the 14-day period ends.
