Delhi Chapter: Artificial Intelligence is rapidly transforming businesses by driving innovation, improving productivity, and unlocking new opportunities for growth and competitive advantage. Yet, these same technologies also introduce complex challenges, ranging from model risk, cyber threats, and data privacy concerns to ethical dilemmas, regulatory uncertainty, and governance issues. As organizations accelerate AI adoption, the ability to balance these opportunities and risks has become one of the defining challenges for business and risk leaders.

This GARP Delhi Chapter session will bring together experienced industry experts to explore how organizations can harness AI responsibly, maximize value creation, and build resilient governance frameworks that effectively manage the evolving risk–return equation.

The session will examine:

  • The evolving balance of AI risk and return through real-world examples.
  • How organizations can maximize AI-driven returns without compromising resilience, trust, or compliance.
  • How leading organizations are embedding robust oversight, human accountability, and risk management into their AI strategies.
  • The increasingly critical role of risk professionals in enabling responsible innovation.
  • How professionals at all levels, from emerging risk practitioners to senior executives and board members, can navigate the future of AI-enabled enterprise risk management.
