Rena Kwok is a senior credit analyst for Bloomberg Intelligence specializing in banks and nonbanks in Asia. Prior to joining Bloomberg, Rena has acquired years of experience in the regulatory and front-line corporate lending aspects of credit under the large local banks in Singapore, OCBC, and UOB. She has knowledge in Basel Risk management, balance sheet management and credit. Her industry expertise spans across banks, real estate, wholesale, and retail sectors. 

Rena earned her bachelor’s degree (2nd Upper Honors) in Finance from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. She is both CFA and CAIA charterholders and has obtained certificate in ESG investing by CFA Institute.

Based in Singapore, he holds both the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) and Certificate in Quantitative Finance (CQF) designations. He combines strong statistical foundations with practical applications of machine learning in finance, making him a respected voice in quantitative risk analytics. Bhavesh has held key roles in major financial institutions and regularly shares insights on finance and risk management, contributing to thought leadership in the field.

Bhavesh Gokani is a senior credit risk leader with over twenty years of global banking experience across structured finance, private credit, and capital markets, having served as Managing Director at Deutsche Bank, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and Standard Chartered Bank. He led credit risk oversight for multi-billion-dollar portfolios across APAC and global markets, combining commercial judgment with rigorous risk governance to shape underwriting standards and portfolio construction through multiple market cycles. Bhavesh holds an MSc in Investment Management from Bayes Business School and is a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors, having co-authored the MAS Environmental Risk Management Best Practice Handbook.

Alexis Ng is a senior asset management executive with over 25 years of experience driving business growth, capital formation, and platform build-outs across Asia Pacific. She has deep experience across both public markets and alternative investments, including private credit, infrastructure, real estate, and private equity.

Most recently, as CEO and Head of Asia Pacific ex-Japan at Ashmore Investment Management, she was responsible for formulating and executing regional business strategy, client engagement, and AUM growth across institutional and private wealth channels. Previously, Alexis held senior leadership roles at Muzinich & Co, Aberdeen Investments, First Sentier Investors and Morgan Stanley. She has a strong track record of building long-term partnerships with sovereign wealth funds, central banks, pension funds, banks, and family offices, and of driving AUM growth through new product development and market expansion.

Alexis holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore and is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program. She has also served on industry bodies such as the Investment Management Association of Singapore and the International Partners Committee of the Asset Management Association of China.

Since 2007, Victor has been an active volunteer especially in the area of professional development. He joined the Board in 2019 and is currently Co-Chair of the Professional Development Committe

Teo Yung Fung is a senior investment professional with more than 25 years of fund management experience in private markets. He is currently responsible for overseeing AIAIM’s private assets platform of global partnerships and funds in the areas of private equity, venture capital, private credit, real estate and infrastructure. In this role, he leads various private asset teams in investment strategy formulation, capital allocation, portfolio construction and implementation oversight, risk governance management and asset managers’ relationship development.  

Previously, Yung Fung held leadership positions in CBRE Investment Management, NTUC Group, Income Insurance, Temasek Holdings and Rothschild. He has extensive experience engaging with leading global asset managers and investment firms and possesses a track record that covers the whole value chain of private assets investment, through his capacity as a fund manager of both direct and indirect portfolios.
