Cyber and AI risk are no longer abstract technology issues—they are business, operational, and financial realities that demand disciplined governance and response.

In today’s environment, the question is not if an organization will face a disruptive cyber or AI-driven event, but how prepared leadership is to respond in real time—under pressure, with incomplete information, and with material impact at stake.

Join the GARP NY Chapter for an interactive Cybersecurity and AI Exercise designed specifically for risk management professionals. This session will be led by two seasoned experts and moves beyond theory into execution.

Participants will be immersed in a scenario-driven exercise that brings together:

  • Business disruption and operational breakdowns
  • Financial exposure and decision-making under stress
  • Cyber and AI risk convergence
  • Executive-level communication and governance response

The focus is simple: translate cyber and AI risk into business impact—and drive accountable, effective action.

Participants will be challenged to think through:

  • How does this impact revenue, liquidity, and enterprise value?
  • What decisions must be made in the first 24–72 hours?
  • How do you align the board, management, and risk functions in a crisis?
  • Where are the gaps between technical response and business leadership?

This is not a technical drill. It is a leadership exercise grounded in real-world consequences.

Strong organizations are not defined by whether incidents occur—but by how effectively they respond, recover, and communicate when they do.

Registration is required as seats are limited. Priority will be given to GARP Individual Members.
