Montreal: Financial risk managers face a daunting array of geopolitical risk and security issues that threaten financial stability. These systemic geopolitical risks amplify strategic, financial, and operational risks and have significant implications for corporate strategy, credit exposure, insurance, and asset allocation.

Join the GARP Montreal Chapter for an in-depth discussion of geopolitical risk and security with Kyle Matthews, co-founder and Executive Director of the Montreal Institute for Global Security. Kyle will share his insights on current events and the implications for risk managers, developed over his many years of experience in the field.

During the conversation, we will address questions including: How does geopolitical risk differ from political risk? What tools do financial risk managers have to identify, assess, prioritize, and respond to geopolitical risk? Does the toolbox need to change?

Registration is required as seats are limited. Priority will be given to GARP Individual Members.
