Singapore Chapter: This session will walk participants through the state of private equity and merger & acquisition markets using 2025 full-year figures to explain the cautious recovery in transaction volume. Our subject matter expert will map the increasing use of evergreen funds and contrasts their investment horizons, return pathways, and risk exposures against closed-end funds. Finally, he will revisit how the industry responded in the early phases of COVID-19 and what those behaviours reveal about resilience and risk preparedness today.

Join the GARP Singapore chapter as we:

  • Analyse the 2025 market metrics driving current and future M&A and PE deal activity.
  • Evaluate the structural and performance implications of evergreen vehicles versus closed-end funds.
  • Apply pandemic-era risk management lessons to today’s operational, liquidity, and governance frameworks.

Attendees will gain insights into the analytical skills and risk mindset needed to stay competitive amid shifting deal activity, evolving fund structures, and post-crisis investment practices.

Registration is required as seats are limited. Priority will be given to GARP Individual Members.
