Poland Chapter: As Vice Chair for Supervision of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System Michelle W. Bowman recently highlighted, "We have already seen some initial benefits of bank AI adoption, and I continue to be encouraged by the significant ongoing investments being made in AI and in machine learning. These technologies have the potential to transform how business is conducted, including the way we detect and prevent fraud, manage risk, and provide customer service."
