GARP Budapest Chapter: A forward-looking discussion on what 2025’s market turbulence and policy uncertainty taught us about managing risk and positioning portfolios.

Join the GARP Budapest Chapter as we review 2025, a year of persistent volatility and shifting policy dynamics, shaped by tariff tensions, debt, sustainability challenges, evolving geopolitical alignments and inflationary stickiness in some economies. This session will bring together a diverse panel of senior professionals to reflect on the key market lessons of the year and discuss how these forces are redefining risk frameworks, market strategies, and funding approaches for 2026 and beyond.

Discussion Highlights:

  • Market and Risk Perspectives: How 2025’s key drivers have influenced liquidity, funding, and investment decisions across sectors?
  • Navigating Volatility: What proved resilient, what required adaptation, and how institutions are evolving their approaches to risk, treasury, and balance sheet management?
  • Outlook for 2026 and Beyond: Identifying emerging risks, structural shifts, and opportunities shaping market dynamics and financial stability in the years ahead.

Registration is required as seats are limited. Priority will be given to GARP Individual Members.
