Lee currently leads a data science team within the global RISK function at BNP Paribas, where she has built and scaled the team since joining in late 2018. Under her leadership, the team has delivered numerous AI-driven use cases for risk management, many of which are already in production and generating tangible value. Lee also focuses on structural topics essential for deploying AI at scale, including bias mitigation, explainability, auditability, and the implementation of MLOps practices. 

Prior to BNP Paribas, she held research and management roles at IBM Research in both the US and Dublin, contributing to projects, publications, and patents.
