Geison is a professional with 15 years of experience in the financial industry. He has worked as an equity research analyst, sales development, and product manager. In recent years, he has focused on financial and sales training for investment professionals. Previously, he worked at Bloomberg for 12 years and, before that, as an equity analyst at IPREO.

Geison holds a master's degree in Investment Management from Cass Business School. He also holds the designations of Chartered Financial Analyst, Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst, and Financial Risk Manager. He is based in London.

Mauricio Arnau has an established track record in driving digital transformation and advanced analytics initiatives. At CaixaBank, he has led the Digital Transformation, Advanced Analytics and CRM teams, serving both retail and corporate segments. He was responsible for defining the Group-wide data and analytics strategy, coordinating efforts across more than 30 departments. He developed and implemented impactful end-to-end use cases across the value chain.

Prior to joining CaixaBank, Mauricio held senior roles at The Boston Consulting Group (Spain), Lloyds Banking Group (United Kingdom) and McKinsey & Company (United Kingdom, UAE and Mexico), with a focus on digitalization, data and AI, innovation, and large-scale transformation. 

He holds an MBA from London Business School and a degree in Applied Mathematics.
