Frederic Meuwly, Ph.D. is the founder and managing director of Actitudes Coaching, a management consulting firm specializing in executive team development and organizational health.

He has spent the past two decades developing practical tools to help leaders transform their teams into sustainable teams. His approach to leadership and team development has been embraced by organizations ranging from established companies and high-tech start-ups to universities and non-profits.

Prior to founding Actitudes Coaching, Frederic held various leadership positions in the pharmaceutical industry, where he headed international product development teams. He holds a Ph.D. in Biotechnology – Life Science, and multiple leadership certifications from IMD Business School.

Thierry Schnyder is a transformation enthusiast who leads the Risk Assessment and Operations team at the Bank for International Settlements (BIS). With over a decade of experience, Thierry specializes in financial risk management, with a passion for organizational culture, and digital transformation within financial institutions.

At the BIS, he provides crucial risk insights to Senior Management while overseeing projects that leverage technology to improve processes. Previously, he served as a Risk Analyst at BIS and briefly held positions as Market Risk Manager at Alpiq. Thierry holds an MSc in Physics from École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), the FRM certification, and various leadership certifications including the Mobilizing People Program from IMD Business School.
