Narumol is a Director in Deloitte’s Regulatory and Financial Risk practice based in Thailand, specializing in Financial Risk Management. She has extensive experience working with financial institutions across SEA region, advising on the development and implementation of risk management policies, frameworks, methodologies, and controls. She also supports clients in governance reviews, risk system implementation, and regulatory alignment.

Narumol holds an MS in Finance from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand and a bachelor’s in business administration in Banking and Finance, Chulalongkorn University, Thailand. She is also a Certified Financial Risk Manager under GARP.

Dishell is a Partner in Deloitte’s Regulatory and Financial Risk practice based in Singapore with over 25 years of experience, specialising in risk management , data analytics and modelling. He has led enterprise delivery of several Basel regulatory initiatives across capital markets with applications for capital, stress testing, data management, regulatory interpretation and risk management. 

Dishell also leads the AI Risk & Governance practice for SEA, where he has been working with several clients on new risk tooling using AI techniques, helping to establish AI governance frameworks and validate AI related models. 

Prior to this, Dishell was the Head of Risk Methodology, Market Risk, and Model Validation for a major global financial institution. Dishell holds an MS in financial mathematics from Kings College, UK and a Bachelor’s in Mathematics from Nottingham University, UK

Dr. Chee is an Executive Director in Deloitte’s Strategy, Risk and Transaction practice, specializing in financial services risk management across Southeast Asia. She has deep expertise in regulatory risk initiatives including Basel II/III, IFRS 9 implementation, ICAAP enhancements, and climate risk management. Prior to joining Deloitte, Dr. Chee was a Credit Risk Modeling Specialist with a regional bank in Malaysia.

She has led the development and validation of IFRS 9 Expected Credit Loss (ECL) models at over 20 financial institutions across Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Cambodia, and the Philippines, spanning both retail and wholesale portfolios.

Dr. Chee currently leading the Model Risk Management (MRM) initiative for Deloitte Malaysia. 

Dr. Chee holds a PhD in Finance from Lincoln University, New Zealand and a MS in Finance from RMIT University, Australia.

With a long career spanning engineering and banking, Agus Sudjianto has made significant contributions to the fields of machine learning, artificial intelligence, and model risk management. He most recently served as Executive Vice President and Head of Model Risk Management at Wells Fargo.

Following his retirement from banking, Agus now serves as Senior Vice President of Risk and Technology at H2O.ai, Senior Advisor at McKinsey & Company, and founder of MoDeVa.ai—a platform dedicated to inherently interpretable machine learning and comprehensive model testing. He is widely recognized for combining deep technical expertise with practical innovation, helping to advance explainable AI, automated validation, and trustworthy model development.

As an advisor and speaker, Agus is a thoughtful voice in the areas of trustworthy AI, model interpretability, and responsible risk management. He co-created PiML (Python Interpretable Machine Learning), a widely used framework for developing interpretable models and robust model testing, which later evolved into MoDeVa. He is also the co-author of a book on computer experiments and has published extensively in applied machine learning and statistics, particularly in finance and engineering. His work has led to numerous patents across both domains.

Agus holds an MS in engineering from Wayne State University and a PhD in engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Je Hui Su is a Director in Deloitte's Strategy, Risk and Transaction division, specializing in Risk Analytics and Data Governance. She has experiences in developing credit risk models and her expertise extends to enterprise risk management, data governance, and regulatory reporting for financial institutions across Southeast Asia.

Je Hui holds a MSc in Applied Economic from Nanyang Technological University, SG, Bachelor in Accounting and Finance from Curtin University, AU and the designations of CFA and CPA Australia.
