Highly respected leaders in the risk management community in Indonesia will share their advice on how to achieve success as a risk professional. 

Specific topics will include:

  • The importance of building productive relationships with non-risk departments.
  • Effective communication skills for conveying risk information to other departments.
  • Examples of real-world case studies and best practices in the industry.

Henoch Munandar has forged a career in banking spanning both the business and risk sectors. Henoch began his career as an Account Manager at Bank Panin, later assuming the role of Head of Corporate Banking at MUFG. Subsequently, he transitioned into risk management, serving as the SMEC Risk & Remedial Head at PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk and later as the Head of Credit/Credit Risk Management at DBS Indonesia. 

Later he became Risk Director at Sumitomo Mitsui, eventually becoming President Director at BTPN, a subsidiary of MUFG. Henoch has a Bachelor's in Economics from Universitas Atma Jaya, Jakarta.

Goei Siauw Hong currently serves as Independent Commissioner for Permata Bank and brings over three decades of extensive experience in finance and banking. His career journey includes leadership positions in research at CLSA Indonesia, Societe Genneral, Crosby, and Nomura in Singapore and Indonesia. He previously served as Independent Commissioner of Bank Mandiri. Goei earned a bachelor's in agronomy from Bogor Agricultural Institute and an MBA in Business, Finance, and Marketing from Indiana University. He is a CFA Charter holder and FRM.

Tigor Siagian serves as the Deputy Director and Head of Policy Review & Recommendation Division at the Reserve Management Department of Bank Indonesia. Tigor has over two decades of experience at the Central Bank of Indonesia, holding key roles such as Head of Asset Allocation and Portfolio Analytics, and Head of International Market Analytics. He has collaborated extensively within the EMEAP Working Group on Financial Markets, contributing to financial market deepening and crisis prevention. Tigor earned a master of commerce in finance from UNSW and a bachelor’s in cconomics from Universitas Hasanuddin.

Aldrich Anthonio is a Partner at Deloitte with more than 15 years of experience in risk management, finance, audit, strategic planning, and risk consulting. He has worked in various industries, but primarily in finance. Prior to joining Deloitte, Aldrich was Head of the Risk Management and Audit Department at France's largest investment company. He managed credit, market, investment and operational risks in companies with Assets Under Management of more than EUR 2 billion. Aldrich has a Bachelor's in Information Technology and a Masters in Management, and is currently completing a Doctoral program in Philosophy.
