Registration for this event has now been closed. 

The European Banking Authority’s (EBA) recently published ESG Risk Management Guidelines raise the bar for European banks to assess and manage sustainability risk. With the EBA delving deeper into ESG risks it is imperative for industry players to prepare and adapt to this new wave of regulation. 

Join the Netherlands Chapter meeting for an insightful discussion with our speakers who will share their perspectives and industry insights on managing sustainability risk. 

Key topics will include:

  • Introduction to ESG risks
  • Understanding the regulatory landscape and the concept of double materiality
  • Overview of the ECB Guide on climate-related and environmental risks; including risk identification, materiality assessment, risk quantification and appetite
  • Exploring the EBA Consultation Paper and differentiating it from the ECB Guide

You will gain valuable insights and actionable strategies for navigating the complexities of ESG Risk Management in today’s financial landscape.
