Ongoing Support for ERPs

While GARP no longer offers the ERP Exams, energy risk education and networking remain important to the Association. GARP continues to support the efforts of certified professionals and future energy risk managers alike, helping them advance their industry knowledge through professional resources, research, events, and career opportunities.

GARP recognizes the value of the certification to those who have earned it and those who are still navigating the certification process. Current ERP candidates navigating the certification process have five years from the date they passed their Part II Exam to satisfy work requirements and earn the ERP certification.

GARP encourages all ERPs to proudly share their ERP designation with a digital badge, calling out their achievement in energy risk management on social media sites and signaling expertise to prospective employers.
