TEACHING FORMAT

OVERVIEW
The FRM intensive reading class aims to prepare students for FRM Part I and Part II exams. The main courses are as follows:
The first stage of FRM introductory course:
Financial English, financial mathematics, FRM financial risk management course, knowledge framework foreshadowing
The second stage of basic course:
Strengthening the knowledge base of risk management, introduction and explanation of key and difficult points
The third stage intensive curriculum course:
Topic explanation, system analysis outline
The fourth stage of sprint course:
Mastering problem-solving skills through example topic explanation
The fifth stage of exercise course (simulation test):
Combining characteristics of FRM examination, professional research and development, learning scheme design, research and development of learning materials, question bank, and FRM mock questions to predict the dynamics of FRM Part I and Part II examination, and help students to pass FRM examination smoothly
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
The first stage of basic introduction course:
Taught by Mr. Li Hanying, Mr. Wang Lu, Mr. Yang Yu and Mr. Qian Yuan
12 hours of Financial English; 12 hours of financial mathematics; 12 hours of financial products introduction
The second stage of the basic course:
Taught by Mr. Li Hanying, Mr. Yang Yu and Mr. Wang Huanan
18 hours of risk management basis; 18 hours of quantitative analysis; 24 hours of financial markets and financial products; 24 hours of valuation and risk modeling
The third stage to the fifth stage:
Courses taught by Mr. Yao Zheng, Mr. Wang Huanan and Mr. Cheng Huangwei.
Online question answering and exercise courses by Mr. Qian Yuan, Mr. Lou Jiajia
Courseware production and curriculum development by Mr. Lou Jiajia
6 hours of risk management basis; 12 hours of quantitative analysis; 12 hours of financial markets and financial products; 12 hours of valuation and risk modeling; and more than 50 hours of Q&A.
The basic stage of Part II course:
18 hours of market risk management and measurement; 24 hours of credit risk management and measurement; 24 hours of operational risk management and measurement; 24 hours of investment risk management and measurement; 12 hours of current financial hot topics.
The second level intensive course is about 48 hours, and the problem-solving course is about 60 hours.
For on-site teaching each class is equipped with a head teacher who is responsible for on-site management and timely addressing students’ problems. Teaching supervisor is mainly responsible for curriculum arrangement, class hour formulation, and student registration and examination.
