COURSE DESCRIPTION
The "Programa Avanzado de Control del Riesgo y Regulacion
Bancaria", or Advanced Program in Global Risk Management covers all
the contents of the FRM Program, through its broad-based curriculum
in risk management. Main target is to provide a comprehensive and
up-to-date knowledge on risk management and prepare attendees to
pass the exams needed to earn the FRM Designation, the current
educational standard for the risk management industry. So both FRM
Level I and Level II contents are deeply covered through a
combination of theoretical and practical Q&A sessions in order
to facilitate attendees to the Program to successfully achieve the
previously mentioned aim.
DURATION
The program is delivered on-line but it includes on-site review
sessions, mock-up exam and correction. The program is offered twice
a year. The schedule is designed to ideally allow attendees to
prepare the FRM exam in 12 months, e.g. Level I in May and Level II
in November or, alternatively, Level I in November and Level II in
May.
Attendees are invited to connect to IEB's 24 hour "platform
training system" for Q&A. This online space will also serve as
a support platform in terms of information, key announcements, tips
or general recommendations for the FRM exams.
