Synopsis:
Lola Ahmed will discuss how the Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) serves as the foundation for developing enterprise risk management frameworks and how it can assist the business and operational units to evolve and manage risks proactively. Next, Ranaganathan Venkataraman will discuss success stories of business leaders and give examples of the risks that preceded their success. He will also explore why the language of risk fails to click with other business leaders and he will review recent risk catastrophes.
