Energy Risk Management: Challenges in the Market
Synopsis:
Rodrigo Villamizar-Alvargonzalez will discuss the general framework for energy risk management processes from the perspective of energy companies (oil and natural gas). He will review the current technological and geo-political challenges associated with off shore oil exploration (pre and post salt smart horizontal drilling), shale gas “fracking," 3-D seismic and high resolution digital imaging and GPS and discuss their impact on future costs.
Please note, this meeting will be conducted in Spanish.
