Synopsis:
Privately held companies pose a unique set of challenges for investment professionals and corporate risk managers. Many are reluctant to share financial information and the quality of information they provide can vary. Storing and analyzing data once it has been disclosed is often difficult and issues can arise with regard to corporate ownership and access to capital. The speaker will discuss these challenges and offer solutions to facilitate the analysis of private companies as key parts of counterparty portfolios.
