PROFESSIONAL DESIGNATION PROGRAMS
The Financial Risk Manager (FRM) and Energy
Risk Professional (ERP) programs are the most globally recognized
professional designations for financial and energy risk management
professionals. They are rigorous examinations designed to measure
an employee's grasp of the latest technical and industry knowledge
in a rapidly changing financial landscape. GARP would be eager to
assist in all institutional efforts to build awareness and support
of the designations to appropriate risk-related disciplines
throughout your organization.

INSTITUTIONAL EDUCATION PROGRAMS
These are self-study and assisted
instruction programs designed to cover qualitative integrated risk
management topics at various levels of the organization within risk
and non-risk functions.
Foundations of Banking
RiskA qualitative course with content covering
practice-oriented, current themes within financial risk management
(market, credit, operational and Basel III). Typically structured
as a 3-month program by participating financial institutions
(currently used by Royal Bank of Scotland, Bank of America, JP
MorganChase, Barclays, TD Bank, among others).
International
Certificate in Banking Risk and Regulation (ICBRR)Individual
modules covering each risk management specialty (Market Risk
Management, Credit Risk Assessment, Operational Risk Management,
Integrated Risk Management-Interest Rate/Liquidity Risk) build upon
the content delivered within the FBR program. Offered as a
self-study course.

ON-SITE TRAINING
GARP offers instructor-led training programs
to meet the needs of various business units within an organization:
Essentials of Risk, a 1-2 day program (based on the GARP FBR
program); and an Intermediate Integrated Risk Master Class, 2-4 day
program (based on the GARP ICBRR program).
WORKSHOPS AND WEB
SEMINARSFacilitated 1-3 hour overviews and discussions on
current risk-related topics that can be led on-site or via Webcast
and can be delivered internally to your employees or externally to
clients/prospects.
