Risk Management with Behavioral Factors
Synopsis:
In several countries, a contributing factor to the current economic crisis was massive borrowing to fund investment projects on the basis of grossly optimistic valuations. Dr. Sebastien Lleo will discuss an approach to project valuation and risk management in which behavioral factors are considered. His presentation is based on the working paper Taming Animal Spirits: Risk Management with Behavioural Factors that he co-authored withImperial College London’s Grzegorz Andruszkiewicz and Mark Davis.
